Shipping Your Package
Packages are generally shipped within one business day of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Mondial Relay or La Poste, with a tracking number. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Shipping costs vary based on the total order price, while preparation and packaging fees are free. We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. Boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are properly protected.
Shipping costs, calculated based on the total weight of the package, correspond to the rates charged by our service providers (see the Mondial Relay or La Poste-Colissimo websites).
