General Information

These general terms and conditions of sale govern all relationships between SL-HQ.com and its customers in the context of online sales.

The customer declares that they have read the following provisions before ordering products. By choosing to purchase products from SL-HQ.com, the customer expressly accepts the terms set out below.

Article 1: Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs.

Book prices are governed by the Lang Law 81-766 of August 10, 1981.

For orders to a country other than mainland France, the customer is the importer of the products concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union or to overseas territories, customs duties or other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of SL-HQ.com. These will be the customer's responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and/or organizations in their country. We advise our customers to inquire about these matters with the relevant local authorities.

All orders are payable in euros.

SL-HQ.com reserves the right to modify its product offerings and prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to availability. Products remain the property of SL-HQ.com until full payment has been received.

Article 3: Order Confirmation

Clicking the "Complete Order" button constitutes the customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The data recorded by SL-HQ.com constitutes proof of all transactions with its customers.

Article 4: Product Availability

The majority of unavailable products may be restocked within two weeks.

Possible inventory errors, simultaneous orders, or damaged products in stock do not allow us to guarantee sufficient stock availability for this indication to serve as a guaranteed delivery time. Products are therefore offered while stocks last, and in the event of a stock shortage, subject to supplier availability.

If a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email. If the new delivery time is problematic, cancellation or modification of the order may be requested by writing to contact@sl-hq.com.

In the case of an order consisting of products with different availability, the entire order will be delayed until all the products in the order are restocked. The customer has the option to have the various components of an order shipped separately, but shipping costs will be charged. If unavailable products cause the order amount to fall below the minimum required amount, shipping costs may be charged.

Article 5: Deliveries and Prices

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer in the order form. This address is confirmed by email during the order process.

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are charged in addition to the product sales price. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the customer's address and the delivery method chosen.

Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website.

Delivery times:

Most orders for France, for which all items are in stock at the time of purchase, are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

The preparation and delivery times mentioned on the website are indicative; SL-HQ.com does not contractually commit to these delivery times. Therefore, no compensation will be granted in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines.

SL-HQ.com cannot be held responsible for any delay due to force majeure preventing the delivery of products.

Article 6: Payment Methods

Orders can be paid by:

Bank cards: Visa, Visa Premier, Eurocard and Mastercard, Gold Mastercard, American Express, and most foreign bank cards. For technical reasons, credit card and PayPal payments are debited immediately even if the product is not physically in stock. In accordance with Article 4 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, a refund may be requested if the customer does not wish to wait for the products in question to be returned to stock.

International Money Order: International Money Orders can only be issued in euros.

Paypal: Accepted. PayPal fees are not refunded in the event of cancellation at the customer's request.

Bank Transfer: Shipment upon receipt of the transfer.

Amounts paid in advance are not a deposit and will be refunded in the event of non-delivery of the goods.

Article 7: Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back

In accordance with Article L121-16 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 clear days from delivery of the order to return any unsuitable product for an exchange or refund. Return shipping costs will then be borne by the customer. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted, nor will products without their original cellophane wrapping. Therefore, a product sold new that has been used or unpacked by the customer will be considered damaged and cannot be accepted.

Refunds are subject to compliance with the rules set out in this article.

If the customer returns only part of the order and not the entire order, shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Reimbursements will be made as soon as possible after receipt and inspection of the products.

Please note that, in accordance with the law, if the customer has chosen a carrier whose price exceeds the standard delivery rate, the delivery costs will be reimbursed at the standard rate.

Similarly, the customer has 14 days following receipt of the goods to report any incident related to the order.

Products damaged during transport:

Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code provides for a maximum period of 3 days after receipt for claims in the event of damage or partial loss.

Compensation will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Upon receipt of the package, it is imperative to provide (1) a photo of the damaged product and (2) a photo of the package with the postage label visible and legible.

Product characteristics:

There may sometimes be minor differences between the information provided when creating a product sheet and the final product. For this reason, the product images displayed on the SL-HQ.com website are non-contractual.

Article 8: Personal information

Customer information and data are necessary for the management of all orders and commercial relations. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access and rectify their personal data. Simply write online or by mail to SL-HQ.com, indicating their first and last name, email address, and customer reference.

Article 9: Protection of personal rights

By registering on the SL-HQ.com website, the customer agrees to the collection and storage of certain data by SL-HQ.com, as this data is essential for order processing. SL-HQ.com stores postal and telephone contact information, as well as the email address. These details are then transmitted electronically to the relevant carrier to deliver the package once the customer has placed an order.

SL-HQ.com also stores the customer's account password, which is encrypted in the database. Only the customer has access to it via their registered email address.

An order history is kept to justify invoicing to the tax authorities and for after-sales service.

SL-HQ.com undertakes to use personal data only within the strict framework of the commercial relationship between SL-HQ.com and the customer. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the customer's explicit consent.

All data is stored indefinitely in the website's database.

Anonymous technical data is collected if the customer accepts cookies. This data is stored by Google Analytics for 50 months.

The customer has the option to modify or delete their personal data at any time via their customer account.

The customer can request the deactivation of their account by simply sending an email.
