The Spaghetti League is the second installment in Lone Canuck Publishing's Canadians in Italy trilogy. The pack follows Canadian forces from their landing in southern Italy through the long advance northward toward Rome during 1943–1944. Players will encounter Italian Fascist militia, elite Nembo paratroopers, German infantry formations, and armored elements in a variety of tactical situations.

The design focuses on lesser-known engagements of the Italian Campaign, offering a refreshing alternative to the more commonly portrayed Normandy and Eastern Front actions. Terrain ranges from rugged mountain roads and hilltop villages to fortified defensive positions and combined-arms battlefields.

Historical Coverage

The scenarios include:

  • The Canadian landings and advance through Calabria.
  • Battles against the Italian Nembo Parachute Division.
  • Fighting around Campobasso.
  • Adriatic Front operations in early 1944.
  • Actions involving the Canadian I Corps during the drive on Rome.
  • Engagements featuring the First Special Service Force and German armored counterattacks.
