Labyrinth: The War on Terror is an asymmetric 1–2 player wargame depicting the global struggle against Islamist terrorism from 2001 onward. The game combines military operations, counter-terrorism and the broader political and ideological struggle for influence across the Muslim world.

Drawing in part on the card-driven approach of Twilight Struggle, Labyrinth combines historical events, military operations, guerrilla warfare, regime change, democratization and political influence in a broad simulation of the War on Terror.

In the two-player game, one player controls the Jihadists, attempting to exploit world events and Islamic funding to spread fundamentalism. The other player controls the United States, whose objectives are to locate and neutralize terrorist cells while encouraging reform in Muslim countries in order to undermine the roots of extremism.

Labyrinth also features a dedicated solitaire system, with the player controlling the United States while the Jihadist side is handled by the game's rules.
