The fourth and final installment in Lone Canuck's Leibstandarte series follows the 1st SS Panzer Division "Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler" from July through December 1943. The campaign moves from Operation Citadel and the Battle of Kursk to actions in Italy, Yugoslavia and the defensive battles on the Eastern Front during the latter part of the year.

Turning of the Tide depicts the operational shift experienced by the Leibstandarte after Kursk.
