Against the Odds 63: Trying Men's Souls 1776

Following the American Declaration of Independence, 1776 became a critical turning point in the Revolutionary War. After evacuating Boston, British forces shifted their attention toward New York City, a vital strategic hub connecting New England to the southern colonies.

In Trying Men’s Souls, players recreate the New York campaign from August to October 1776, as George Washington struggles to preserve the Continental Army against General William Howe’s British forces.
